The products are :

Shared Hosting(single and multi-domain)

Reseller Hosting

Email Hosting(Business and Personal)

Before you go ahead to avail the 30 day money back guarantee for your hosting product, ensure you take a backup if at all you’ve not done it yet. Next, delete the product from your BigRock account. Please note that deletion should be within 30 days of purchase. The complete refund will be provided as credit to your Microwebhosting account.

Please note that for Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Email Hosting and DIY website builder, you can avail the money back guarantee only once. For example: If you purchase a starter linux hosting plan for a domain, delete it and avail refund within the money back guarantee, you will not be eligible for the money back guarantee the second time you buy a hosting plan for that same domain.

For Digital Certificates the money back period is 30 days.

You can raise a refund request to transfer the amount into your bank account. Please note that all refund requests will be processed within 14 business /p>
